Pushing with all his might he could feel his arm going downward.Finally it was pushed to the point of no return and landed hard on the table.
Taking the mug of warnog from HoD Du'Ralle he too took a deep drink forgetting about the slight pain in his arm."Hija HoD I am strong but not strong enough...........Yet." He gave a toothy grin to let HoD Du'Ralle know he was teasing him.

He leaned forward, "Kurn it is not always strength that makes the warrior. While that is needed, his or her hearts must beat with the sound of battle cries, and call of conviction that your right." he smiled and took a long gulp of this drink.
"Soon we should be leaving I look forward to that with eagerness, this crew and ship is coming together well. What is your thoughts on this." Du'Ralle knew that at times it was important to gain such insights when both he and his first officer were relaxed and contented, after a match and food.

Nodding as she grabbed a used a knife to stab a piece of food and wolfed it down followed by another drink of blood wine."Engineering is in your blood so it becomes a passion to you easy enough to understand."
Using her knife to point and make gestures with,"Like I find tactical in my blood it is much like hunting to me and there is a great thrill in a hunt."

She motioned for the Chum to refill the Bowl after a grunt to the Chum for being slow, "Hunting. Been to long for me."

He laughs at Kanda's words Your only as good as I make you he takes a drink If I don't get you in position you can't make the shot he motions for the chum to bring more food.

While he waited for his xo to answer him, he looked around the mess hall. He nodded absently as he noticed the alliances being formed by various members. This was good it was happening fast and this closeness would be needed later. A warrior must know who they are and who they stand with.
He took another long pull from this mug, the warnog was maj. (good)

He thought for a moment on the HoDs question."Hija I agree the crew is coming along faster than I thought.Many are still young and very eager."
Taking a drink,"Once we get on our way and they are working their positions they can focus that eagerness and we will really know where they stand.Their metal will be tested and as you said the fire in their blood can be measured."

He nodded, his eyes consistently shifting from one crew table to the next. He smiled at a passing thought, taking out his dktahg he began to sharpen its edges.
"The saying that a dull blade is the sign of a careless warrior is found in his blades, is one of importance. What value is a dull blade? Besides your enemy laughing and getting a second chance before you get to do any damage." He laughed. "I remember once a warrior in battle stuck at his enemy, the enemy took a second and he smiled, while the other lay bleeding he said thank you for the dullness of your blade. Mine was not."
The look in his eyes said who the warrior was that laughed.

Taking the last bite of his meal he nodded as HoD Du'Ralle spoke.He fully understood what he meant by his tale and who the laughing warrior was.
"Hija HoD it is much like this ship.With all his firepower if someone fails at their duties then the bortaS becomes a dull blade itself just waiting for the enemy to bleed him out when his chance arrives."
