A place to relax and recoup yourselves. Practice your battle skills or simply enjoy this time. A good warrior not only fights hard they play as hard.

She replayed the scene ogher first battle she liked to remember it before starting her other programs. Taken Directly from MaryShelly's Frankenstein until so noted I have changedafewwordsto make it fit dagonbytes.com/thelibrary/frankenstein/chapter23.htmlIt was eight o'clock when we landed I walked for a short time on the shore enjoying the transitory light and, contemplated scene of waters, woods, and mountains, obscured in darkness, yet still displaying their black outlines. The wind, which had fallen in the south, now rose with great violence in the west. The moon had reached her summit in the heavens and was beginning to descend; the clouds swept across it swifter than the flight of the vulture and dimmed his rays, while the lake reflected the scene of the busy heavens, rendered still busier by the restless waves that were beginning to rise. Suddenly a heavy storm of rain descended. I had been calm during the day but so soon as night obscured the shapes of objects. I grewanxious and, watchful, while my right hand grasped the Mek-leth sheath at my hip every sound intensified my senses me I resolved that I would not shrink from the conflict until my own life, or that of my adversary, was extinguished. (From here the words are all mine how be they inept)Here I was my first assignment, no others of myfamily had attempted such a course satisfied to follow the course set so many generations ago as scientists and, Engineers. Gul D'tahn seemed twice my size In actualityhe was about my height and some 40 pounds heavier. the rain beat against my face I stood my ground and, watched him come one hand shoveled his hair from his face. Though he held what seemed to be a Sword I could not help but see him shiver in the cold wind. I felt onlythe warmth of a Coming battle. As he grew Closer he heard my growl, "You klingons have bothered me for the last time once I dispell of you You Captain will be next." in truth my Captain was still ship side, I gave a hardy laugh at the Cardasians Comment, then spat out my words. "Shut up and Fight" He struck first and, my inexperience had true allowed him to goat me and let him strike my arm cutting it deeply. I feltthe pain only long enough to know of my weakness and fortune. to his misfortune anger built up inside of me as I struck though my blow was blocked he stumbled backwardsat the blow Again some warrior had smiled on me as I blocked a coming blow this time knocking him to the wet ground. Not to be goated again I gave him room to get up. The heavey rain now soaked our armor and uniform. he got up and what seemed like abandoned desperation made on last swing which i ducked hitting his Abdomon with my Mek-leth wounding him mortaly. I then watched him die then let those on Stovokor the Coming of a Warrior. Frankenstein by Mary Shelly. Chapter 23 (The parts of this post were taken directly from Mary Shelly's Franenstein I have tried to give her credit I have changed only a few words to make it fit the Post I so desire. This is not an attempt to steal or take credit for her work. Honestly I have read Frankenstein several times and, have enjoyed it as well as Brahm Stokers Dracula. you might say this is an attempt to get those who might not have read the classic to want to read it. If not with the beautiful smell of old paper and, ink at least with the push of a mouse Find below the Original text used in its complete form) It was eight o'clock when we landed; we walked for a short time on the shore enjoying the transitory light, and then retired to the inn and contemplated the lovely scene of waters, woods, and mountains, obscured in darkness, yet still displaying their black outlines.
The wind, which had fallen in the south, now rose with great violence in the west. The moon had reached her summit in the heavens and was beginning to descend; the clouds swept across it swifter than the flight of the vulture and dimmed her rays, while the lake reflected the scene of the busy heavens, rendered still busier by the restless waves that were beginning to rise. Suddenly a heavy storm of rain descended.
I had been calm during the day; but so soon as night obscured the shapes of objects, a thousand fears arose in my mind. I was anxious and watchful, while my right hand grasped a pistol which was hidden in my bosom; every sound terrified me; but I resolved that I would sell my life dearly, and not shrink from the conflict until my own life, or that of my adversary, was extinguished. dagonbytes.com/thelibrary/frankenstein/chapter01.html

Looking for her quarters, she walks in caring her duffel bag in her hand and the bat'leth hanging down from her shoulder. She sees M'kota. "Oh it is you." Saying it with a smirk on her face. "The one that is slow like a Denebian Slime Devil. What did you say was your name again? Was it Mote (a small particle or speck, esp. of dust)?"

In what seemed like one move Mai las would find herself pined against a bulkhead their faces were now so close they could only see each others eyes hers were now blood red with rage. M'kota's hand covering Mai las' d'k tahg while holding her own at Mai las throat then spoke in a growl. " The Ra'wl' ordered us to settle into our quarters when you have done that then come see me. If a fight is what you want I will be in the Mess. Of course should you desire a fight now" She released the Mang lowered her d'ktahg did not sheath it but stood there ready for a fight nostrils flaring as she growled.

"Who said anything about a fight?" Putting her duffel bag down. "But did you know that when your nostrils flare like that you remind me of Kruge's pet dog?" Thinks for a moment. "I do believe his name was Warrigul." Standing there with her bat'leth still hanging down from her shoulder.

She grabs her side and swings her bat'leth down and in one swing a point of the blade scratches M'Kota's face. She turns around to get out of any hold that M'Kota plans on getting into and swinging her bat'leth and brings the center of it to M'Kota's neck. "You want a fight. You are messing with Secruity here and I do not go down easy."

Having only a knife she had stepped back and to the side putting her beside her adversary her knife stuck in Mai las' side. just deep enough to hurt with no real damage. Hearing Ma lais words she suddenly laughed and, laughed hard. "I should fear you 'cause your a Security officer? " spoken while still laughing and, harder so her words came out slow. she could not help but laugh. Mai las could tell there was no fear in her as steped away. in M'Kota's mind she was through with this.

She rubs her side thinking one flees to fight another day for she did not run like a coward does. "Computer save program and end." Thinking that she might be back to continue where she left off. Picking up her duffel bag and swings her bat'leth on to her shoulder and walks out to find her quarters and to get to know the ship at the same time.
