She had climbed her way almost to the bridge her crew had suffered injuries in the training battles course this was expected and honorable so long as it was not a waste. All this Time she had heard nothing from the HoD or the Bridge yet she knew from her last inspection they suffered no damage. From where she sat they were like those old warriors that use to taunt her father in the market place forcing him to take second best.

A spark from an access panel caught her attention she stopped pulled a tool from the pouch at her side then opened the panel. A relay had gone out no doubt from the collision earlier. As happenstance would have it or the idea of always being prepared she had one of these small universal parts in her pouch as well. She slowly began to replace it.

She knew security were ready and on alert. She had not heard any other orders so she walks up to M'Kota offering her assistance. She knew she had gotten off to a bad start but there were things that needed to be done and thought if she assisted in it then things could get going again. "Is there a way I can help?" Expecting a push away and a flat out 'no'.

If looks alone could kill then Mai'las would have died right there. the look faded as it softened to a smile then she chuckled. " Sure take that transducer place it there then Connect each lead as coded then repeat them on down the line. I will be handling this end and, up."

Seeing the look that was giving to her she felt she should show a little more respect or the next thing she would see is the floor. "Yes Madam" She picks up the transducer and placed it where stated and then connected the lead cord. She felt this was not hard to do and had wondered in times she might could help again. She grabbed another transducer and connected the cord as before.

Sim summary to this point. 1) We are en route to Qu'vat where our colony has been attacked repeatedly. 2) We have had a test and the bortaS has shown and earned her place among the warships of the Klingon Empire. 3) There have been a few glitches in various systems but those are being worked on and some have been repaired.

He shifted placing his left hand on the console. Too many things have slowed them this HoD began to show the strain of all the slow downs. It would be best to keep things running smoothly while he was ill tempered. He checked his monitors and saw all was as it should be. The CEng was returning to her post so the repairs must have been completed.

The Engines were performing well as she Continued making adjustments to the Core and, power converters as well as the cooling systems. She had already made rounds of Engineering her crew was performing well within Military standards which in her opinion meant they still had some way to go before she would consider them a true Engineer by the standards she had learned. "course because she looked softer and her voicer softer, not by human standards but by Klingon standards, she had been accused of being weaker ,not as strong willed than other Klingons. For these resons she expected more than most both from herself and, those who worked with her.
