Once CENG Moody step off the transporter pad. He is told by HoD that was to follow him to Cargo Bay 2. Waiting for the HoD, Tom hear Kaloar tell the rest of the away teams to meet him in 20 minutes in shuttle bay 2.
"CENG walk with me. I have a mission for you" Tom fall in behind the HoD as they both walks down the corridor.
Once they get to Cargo Bay 2, Moody open the door and the both walk in. In the middle of the bay are several medium-size crate.
"Chief..within those crates is a Klingon Cloaking Device. You have small window of time to get the device to Engineering and install. You will find everything you need here. Have as many of your staff help you to get in install"
Moody walks over to the crates and looks then over. Tom has seem a Romulan Device, never a Klingon one. Plus he never install one.
"Chief...I leave you to your work. I am needed in Shuttle Bay 2." With that Kaloar walks out of Catgo Bay 2.
Moody now walks over to the crate. He see that all the crates has the marking of the Klingon Empire. On the largest crate, Moody from a PADD. He see that an inventor list and a "How To" in Klingon and English.
Moody starts opening the several crates to find that there are six components for this device. He also find out that it's a MK 3.2a class cloaking device. He cleck off the components...1) Off Axis Warp Field Controller, 2) Nullifer Core, 3)Cloaking Generator Coils, 4)Magnetic Constriction Coils, 5) Plasma Coils, and 6) Disperal Fields. Once done Tom taps his comm badge.

A voice comes over his comm badge. "Tom, this is Wilson. What do you need Sir?" Tom taps his badge. "Wilson, first I need you to contact the transport Chief and have him get a fix on me and seveal crates in Cargo Bay 2. Then have him transport me and the crates to engineering. Next I want you to get everyone of the engineering staff to engineering. And yes that mean the second and third shift too. Last, see if you get someone from OPS down there too. We are going to need them. Understand?
A second go by and Wilson answers. "You got it Tom. May I ask what this all about?" Tom reply "I'll answer all your questions once I back in engineering. Moody out."
Within minutes Tom and the crates have been beams into engineering. Looking about he see Wilson, the other 9 member of engineering, and one OPS member. "Listen, I'll only have time to go over this once. Behind me is a Klingon MK 3.2a cloaking device. We have 30 or so hours to have it install and online. I'm sure no one here has install one, that counting me too. Since we have no holodeck that mean no simulator testing. This will be a hit or miss installation. And you guess it..a miss mean we blow the Talon up will who ever on him. So let do it right the fiest time and let get to work."
Tom walks over to Wilson and the young blonde female from OPS. "Tom, this is 1class Cumming, she the best they have on interconnection the ship computer with the warp drive." Tom looks her over and wonders where OPS has been hidding her. "Good to meet you Cumming. I'll need you make three new connection from the main computer to the device. Two will be on the bridge. One at OPS and the other at the Helm console. The third will be down here in engineering at the main console. I am assign you two engineers to help you. Once you are done
report back here." Cumming is about to ask a question but figure it can wait. "Hey Moody...just don't blow up the ship before I get back." Cumming smiles as she and two engineers head out. Tom now turns to Wilson. "Let get people over there and lay out the components. Plue I need deck platting section 23, 24, 25, 33, 34, and 35 open. We should find the deck support for the device. Well that what the PADD said." Tom hold up the PADD ro Wilson. "I'm heading to the main console and down loading the plans for this monster" Wilson nods and heads off.

5 Hours have passed...........

Tom and his engineering team has completed installing the componemts of the cloaking device. Now it time to hook it up to the ship power system.

He first needs to replace all the Klingon parts with ones that will fitted to Starfleet spec. Since this will take some time, Tom sent Wilson to the engineering replicator to start working on the replacement parts. Tom himself will start connecting the device to a portable power to do some last minute testing.

An hour has passed and Wilson sent over the first of the new parts..the plasma coils. The plasma coils are to give power to the cloaking generator. Tom has all ready place the plasma buffer in line with the generator. Went the coils are place in the buffer, Tom start to reline the coils to the buffer. For the coils all must have identical energy frequendy going thru the buffer to the generator. With this done, Tom hook upthe portable plasma system. One of his engineers ask him why he place a buffer between the generator and the plasma coils. "Without the buffer, the generator could easily be disrupted by the like of an ionic pulse. And there we are...no more claking." Once the test is done and all is good, Tom has the coils connect to the closes junction box.

Tom taps his badge..."Cumming this is Moody..Do you have an update for me." Within a second Cumming answer Tom. "The two stations on the bridge are both installed and I'm senting your engineers back to you so they could install the last control on your console. I'll be heading to the compute core to get the relays run from the bridge to engineering. Once I done there I'll send you what junction panel I used and will be waiting for your download...Cumming out."

With the plasma coils hookup, the engineering team starts on the rest of the device. First the Off Axis Warp Fiedl Controller, next the Dispersal Field, this would need to be carefilly calculated once the cloak was online, Magnetic Constriction coils and then Nullifier Core. Once these components with hookup, Tom only has the Cloaking Generator to the power up and have the data downloaded in the ship computer. Tom taps his badge once more..."Cumming...Moody here..We are ready down here to upload the program for the device.."

Once all components were hook up and online. Tom started to power up the system. With all systems online...the Cloaking Device starts to draws large amount of power from the Warp cord, more then Tom thinks it should. But they are passed the time of testing, all calculation are in the marginal range but still running high on pwer levels for the Warp core. With all thing a go, Tom tapes his badge...."Commander Kalor...This is Moody....we have all system online and working...we are waiting for you before we do the finale test....Moody over."

hears Mr Moody on his Com taps his. " Run When ready"

Tom now has the word from HoD and looks at the other. "Wilson.. you'll man the cloaking device control on the maintance console...I'll take Anderson and Phillip over to the warp core to watch the power level. I want the rest of the crew ready to shut any or all systems in case we run into any problems." With the crew in place, Wilson starts the with impluse power to get the ship up to speed...As the ship start picking up speed, Wilson call to Tom..."Here we go....Warp 1...Warp 2...I am engaging the cloaking device now!" with that the cloaking device goes online..at first the power level start to pick up on the cloaking generator and the warp core...Tom goes over to the plasma buffers and recalculate the power fluid. after a minutes of so, the power level come back ro normal. Tom tapes his comm badge...."Sir...We should be cloak."

Getting to engineering, Tom walks in and see that Wilson and few of the other are working on the clocking device. "Hey Larry(Wilson) let go and have lunch and talk about what we are going to do about this "fine piece" of Klingon's technicality." Wilson smiles and close the side panel of the generator. "That sound like a plan Tom. I mean Sir." Tom smiles but he know if some of the other have heard Wilson call him Tom especiallythe Klingons...they both would be in for a world of hurt. Once Wilson was done they both head for the Mess hall.
