He stood at a one of several Viewports watched as the stars streamed by. His paperwork done for the day. They were now just barely inside the Federation, there would come a time when they will be too far from the Federation or Empire. when that time came he would by all intents be the only leader they will be able to come to. Yes they will be able to Communicate with them but too far for any help or supplies.(ooc should any Crew member wantto speak to the captain or work post here ic of course)

Tom read over his last report and figure it will do. He then gets his Padd and heads to the Captain's Ready Room. His reports are those of the installation and testing of the Cloaking Device. He also added in the damages done to the ship by "their bug problem". And last his daly reports on the up keep of the ship. Tom now stand outside the HoD door....He takes a deep breath and knock............

Hearing the HoD, Tom fix his unform before he enter. "Sir..I have all the reports on the installation of the Cloaking device." Places the two PADDs on his desk. "I also have the report of what damages was done by the "bugs". Once you goes through them...you will find the ship is in good shape and ready for any upcoming mission. But I must tell you that we may have some problems with the cloaking device. I'm not sure this model device is the right one for this ship. I think a more updated one from the Romulan would have be a better fit. I'm sure we will need to keep an eye on this one."

He watched His Chief Engineer enter watched him stop and place the padd on his desk. Looked Mr. Moody in the eyes as he spoke. "You will make it work" still looking at him as he picked up the Reports. Anything else?

Tom looks somewhat surprise with Kalore answer about the cloaking device, but then again he is Klingon. "Nothing more Sir...and I'll get on those problems with the device..ASAP." With that Tom does an about face and walks out of Kalore Ready Room...heading to Engineering. As he walks by other crewmember they could see him shaking his head and talking to himself.

Remained standing until Thomas had left the room and the door closed he smiled as he sat down. Thing was he knew the young engineer could make it work he was just that good. He did have to admit privately that Romulans did have some great ideas and, designs still he perfered not having to use a Romulan Coaking device.took his seat and began reading the Report.

Growled then smiled as he looked out the viewport the Admiral was angry. She let him know it just like a Klingon. Starfleet officer often surprised him as many were warroirs at heart. these thought however did not stem his anger for she was right he had been too easy on them. things would change. they munst change or they would be looking into an air lock instead of out of one.
