Once Mar'Rela has reported to the Commodore, he heads right to security to input the new security and data protocols.
He take his padd and plugs it into the main security console. He waits for the main computer to connect to his padd. In a few minutues his padd is connected into the ship main computer. Mar'Rela then input the securoty code that he was given before he board the ship. The computer now come one line and starts to ask Mar'Rela securty questions.
"State your name...rank...and serial number."
Cadet Mar'Rela serial number SF9771F10ECF."
"Enter Star Fleet Security Code Cadet Mar'Rela."
Mar'Rela enter the code...Alpha 7,7, 6, Beta 5,2.
"Cadet Mar'Rela this security code will be disable once you have finish your updated work...you may please start now."

Mar'Rela now sits down and starts his work. Mar'Rela, first starts with accessing the Security Access codes. He update Commodore Saavepk and XO Commander Ijoula to Alpha-Two. He next update Chief Operation Officer Azuma Stadi-Kesta to Alpha-One. Next come Lt. Commander Aidan McKenize-Knapp, Lt. Ivan Kestra, MCPO Neil Baxter, CPO Nicole Hiser and Cadet Mar'Rela are enter with Beta-Two.
Last name to be enter is CPO Janet Hoover....Beta-One.
but before he enter the names into the compute. One last name come up: Lt. Commander Lizzy Knapp...Retired. She still hold a access code of Alpha-one ranking. Mar'Reka makes a note to speak to the Commodore about this person. Then he enter all the new update to the system. He now moves to Data Access Levels...

Mar'Rela enter the second part of the protocols...the Data Access Level. this one goes by alittle faster since all the name have been inputed and updated.
Starting with the CO...level 5, XO...level 4, Helm...level 4, OPS...level 3, CMO...level 3, CENG...level 3, AMO...level 3, TAC..level 3, and CSEC..Level 3.
Once more Lt. Commander Knapp name come back as level 4 data access level.
Went he is done and closes the program...he now can't access this section again without the Commodore access.
He tapes his commbadge...."Commodore this is Cadet Mar'Rela...I have done the update on all officers onboard the ship. If there is to be any changes...you and you alone now must make then...Mar'Rela out.

SECURITY ACCESS CODES
Alpha-Two: Unlimited access to all ship's records, systems, commands and computers.
Alpha-One: Unlimited access to all ship's records, systems, and computers. No access to ship locatized command functions.
Beta-Two: Unlimited access to all ship's records, systems, and computers. Limited access ro command functions(except if stated otherwise by Commanding Officer).
Beta-One: Unlimited access to all ship's records, and computers. Limited access to command function (except if stated otherwise by Commanding Officer). Access to shop system is limited to duty functions.
DATA ACCESS LEVELS
Level 5: Unlimited access to all classified, secret, top-secret, ultra-secret Starfleet or Federation documents and records
Level 4: Limited access to all classifed, secret, top-secret Starfleet or Federation documents and records. Access is limited on a "need to know" basis.
Level 3: Limited access to all classifed, secret Starfleet or Federation documents and records. Access is limited on a "need to know" basic.

She hears Mar'Rela informing about security clearances and she turns to her computer and looks at the information and replies. "Well, Mar'Rela everyone except you and Neil had a Alpha Two Level 4 clearance. Even I do not have a Level 5 clearance. Because of being transferred from the USS Triton to the USS Titanic, Starfleet must have over ride my authorization. I also have noticed other changes as well." Thinking she would have to make another data chip for her family.

Listen to the Commodore....Mar'Rela sits back and just shake his head, then taps his badge... "Commodore Saavpek...you will need to make thus changes to the Computer. Since I can't not do that. I could bring you the codes and the update from Starfleet....and you can replace then with your old ones or make new one. But I must say this Commodore...you should keep your level 5 clearance...if for anything .. to fix things like this".

She leaves her Ready Room and walks into the Security Office. "Mar'Rela, I never had Level 5 clearnace before. There are things that are 'for eyes of Starfleet Command only' that I have never been able to get a hold of without using a skill of mine. Are you sure I have a level 5 clearance or perhaps you miss read it?"
