Back where I lived in 2008, I was just minding my own business when i suddenly I ended up here, in the tranporter of the Vigilent, grabbing on to who is now my fiance. Through some temporal loop as it was explained to me. Darndest thing I ever heard" He chuckled and grinned at the memory

He nods "Yes, pretty weird, isn't it. Me ending up here. Well, before I became to attached to this place, I asked them if they could send me back but they told me no and wouldn't tell me why. So I'm thinkin' something bad might happen so i'm thinking that they're trying to protect me or something. Course, now I don't want to go back."

He smirked "You'd win that bet. Never in my wildest dreams did i think I would be here in this situation" He paused a moment to think "Well, I can't say that. I did fantasize about coming to the 24th century in one way or the other. Never thought it would happen"
He laughs at his coffee comment "I doubt that they'll ever make a bottomless cup so we'll just have to live with filling it up when it gets empty
He shook his head a bit "Nah, I'm fine.. go ahead" he said after he asked if he wanted a coffee or a beer

Well you also doubted you ever make it to the 24th century and here you are. Maybe we just need someone to dream up a bottomless coffee cup. Need to find a way to make a mini replicator and connect it to a cup in a clever disguise.

she enters the lounge and looks around spotting her fiancee and someone else so s he walks over. "Hello Imazadi" she would say to Aidan then to the new crew "I am Lt. Cmdr. Lizzy Knapp CMO of the Vigilant." she said as she pulls a chair over and joins them

Is this the womans whos arms you fell into when you arrived in the 24th century?
::He takes a sip off of his coffee and stares into the bottom of the cup again with a disappointed look on his face::
I think this cup is smaller than the last.

His face lit up when he turned to see his beautiful fiance enter the lounge "Hello Imzadi, it's always good to see your beautiful face"
He turned back to the cadet "Uh, yeah, you could say that, although it's not her arms that I.." He paused as he heard Lizzy finish that for him "now sweetheart, you know it was an accident, if you can read my mind like you can but yes, i did enjoy the little slip up. I am guessing you did too or you wouldn't have agreed to marry me" he smiles at her with a chuckle
He turned back to the Cadet "Yeah, I seem to always be in trouble with women but this time it turned out good"
